So once again I have gone two weeks without updating on my weight loss/self care journey. Things have just been absolutely crazy at our house. With everything going on with Caleb at school, Steven being sick, my work being busy, trying to keep up with the day-to-day activities at home, things have just been a crazy.
But, I have been sticking to my plan. And here are my results:
Week 5
Started 293.3
Weighed in at 290.4
Lost 2.9
Week 6
Weighed in at 286.1
Lost 4.2
For a total lost of 20.7 pounds!!!!!!!!
I know the first picture is not very good, but can you tell a difference?
